Our woodland parties offer exclusive use of a private woodland which will be decorated for your special day. The birthday child and their friends can enjoy themed crafts, activities and games alongside playing in the stream, relaxing in the hammock, mixing up creations in the mud kitchen, forming a woodland band and a variety of play opportunities throughout the party.

Party Times:

Birthday parties can be booked for a weekday (term-time only) or weekend subject to availability.

Morning parties start at 10am

Afternoon parties start at 1:30pm

Attendee Details:

For children aged 13 & under

Maximum of 12 children

Parents expected to stay; ratio of 1 adult per child (under 5's),  1 adult per 5 (over 5's). No more than 14 adults

Adults are responsible for children at all times; including taking them to the toilet, washing their hands, supervision and assisting with crafts and activities throughout the party.

Food & Drink:

Hot water, tea, coffee, cows milk and yummy biscuits will be supplied with each package.

Wild Parties will see toasted S'Mores on the campfire.

Greater Parties will offer cheese toasties & S'Mores on the campfire with the option of Hot Chocolate, cream & marshmallows or a cooling Juice station for the children.

When the campfire is lit a hand washing station will be laid out for you to use.

You are welcome to bring your own drinks, food, cake, party bags and take all rubbish from this away with you - this is a leave no trace site.

We cannot cater for individual allergies nor can we be held responsible for any food brought to site.

What to wear:

All visitors will require wellies to explore the stream and beyond - yes that means adults too! We are outside, please dress for the season and do not wear any favourite clothes or footwear. Party dresses and fancy dress are highly flammable and must be removed prior to attending the fire.

On the day:

We will meet you in the car park and assist with directing/ parking cars. When all your guests have arrived a short brief will be given before we cross the field to the woods. Arriving in the woods children are free to explore the area and enjoy the crafts and activities laid out for them, we will be there to assist and offer games.

The final 30 minutes will see the lighting of the fire, this is your invitation to hand out any of your supplied food as the fire will need time before we can cook on it. Once the children have eaten, you can do the cake and sing Happy Birthday, the children can then enjoy the campfire snack allowing you time to cut the cake - this can be sent home with guests or served. At the end we ask that guests make their own way back to allow us to remain in the woods to tidy up.

You are welcome to arrive 30 minutes early to bring any of your kit to the woods before guests arrive. We will return to the car park 15 minutes before the start time to assist with parking.

Other information:

Please do not bring any plastic decorations or balloons, the woods will be decorated for you.

We do not supply party bags, children are welcome to take home anything they make on the day.

Your host is first aid trained, has a food hygiene certificate, enhanced DBS and public liability insurance.

Parties will run in all but the most extreme weather, we have a woodland shelter to enjoy crafts and food in on wet days.

A £75 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking, we cannot hold dates without a deposit.
